    Introducing, PowerLink HV USA, our latest high-performance high-voltage cable, proudly made in the USA by Amphenol TFC, engineered to meet the demands of modern electric and hybrid vehicles, as well as industrial applications for harsh environments.  Designed and tested to meet ISO 19642-5 and ISO 19642-9 standards, our cable offers maximum voltage ratings of 1000VAC and 1500VDC, with an operating temperature range from -40°C to +150°C (ISO 6722 Class D).  The robust construction includes 90% braid coverage for superior EMC shielding, ensuring optimal performance in critical systems.   Shielded available in these standard sizes: 35, 50, 70, 95, 120, and 150mm2.  Unshielded available from 10 to 120mm2.

    Our cables are built for flexible routing, easy processing, and consistent performance, making them an ideal choice for use in power distribution, battery packs, PDUs, chargers, and motor control units. Additionally, they are RoHS & REACH compliant and resistant to flame, chemicals, UV, and abrasion, ensuring long-lasting reliability in the harshest environments.

    Designed for use with Amphenol PowerLok G1 & G2 connectors (-5 kits), this cable is the perfect domestic content solution for any high-voltage application.  Custom modifications are available.  PPAP submissions are available upon request to meet specific system and quality requirements.
